Piracy and Copyright Policy
Matholia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We have adopted this Piracy and Copyright Policy to ensure that our online learning platform does not become a vehicle for violation of copyright laws.
Copyright Infringement
It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement on the Matholia platform. If we are notified of claimed copyright infringement, or otherwise become aware of facts and circumstances from which infringement is apparent, we will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on Matholia infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
– A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
– Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
– Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Matholia to locate the material;
– Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email;
– A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
– A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent by providing:
– Your physical or electronic signature;
– Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled access to;
– A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or access to it disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Please note that providing false or misleading information in notifications or counter-notifications may result in liability for damages, court costs, attorney fees, and other penalties.
Repeat Infringers
Matholia reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.

Matholia may revise and update this Piracy and Copyright Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. Please check back periodically.
